EXTENDED FAMILY SESSIONS

Extended family sessions are designed for larger families. Since we don’t always get the chance to connect with every branch of our family tree, why not capture those moments with an extended family session? This package includes a variety of shots, allowing each individual family to have their own portrait session, as well as group photos. We also capture sibling images, photos with parents and grandparents, and everything in between. Additionally, we welcome your four-legged family members as well!

Shot list ushally Consists of :

• Parents/Grandparents and Siblings
• Parents/ Grandparents and ALL members includes partners
• Parents/Grandparents
• Siblings (Adults)
• Each Sibling and there Family 
• Parents/Grandparents portrait
• Generational Sets (Boys & Girls individual group shots)

There is so many variations we can do. We break it down. These sessions your also encouraged to bring a shot list we can work of if you have MUST HAVE shots. This really helps but isn’t a requirement. Extended family sessions take approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hours depending on the environment and circumstances. If we are attending your family event or Gathering I start by taking one family group at a time to do there individual family session this takes about 15-20 Minutes so this allows the kids in those families to have a break before commencing with the large family group shot. 

We also have props that we can bring along. Our vintage lounge is a huge hit and has been used on location many times. This is at no additional cost either. We live being able to bring it out into the wild on an adventure. 

I also have experience with High Needs and complex children. I understand that kids don’t all function the same and need time and space. I will cater to this. I will never force a child to stand and pose when they’re not comfortable to. I will have a conversation with them and make it a game and I’ll encourage them with a reward may it be letting them take a picture or Being an ‘assistant’ they live being involved. I have children of my own with complex needs and I understand it’s sometimes a hard world to navigate and I will step in and help when needed to. So please don’t stress if this is a factor for you. We make it work. I promise it’ll be okay.
