What should we wear ?

Go for neutral colours and avoid bold patterns, textures or stripes. You don’t want to look ‘matching’ as such, but a cohesive scheme helps to bring the focus of the portrait onto your family and not simply their clothes.

We can consult with you depending on Shoot location. We also a Hair & make up service.

What locations do you Have ?

We have a range of Locations, Each spot has been personally scouted. we have the following:

Pinetrees (Glasshouse Mountains)
Beach (Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast)

Whats the best time to book ?

I always recommend Sunrise or Sunset. In the mornings anytime from 6:00am to 9:00am depending on the season and time of year. Sunset is always popular and a majority of my shoots are at this time. I tend to shoot from 4:00pm to 6:00pm this is also dependant on the time of year and when the times for sunset change. I shoot weekdays as well as weekends. I do shoot anytime of the day and we are never restricted to those times.

How long does our shoot go for?

Shoots can go for 30 minutes to 1 Hour. The 1st 20. minutes of a session is spent capturing all the images of the family and then the kids portraits. I then spend the rest of the session capturing a more candid and relaxed session and this also allows for both mum and Dad to have some images captured also while the kids go crazy. I never expect a child to be composed for an entire session. I have 3 and I know they don't ever do what id love them to do. So please don't worry !!
